User cannot log in with email and password

If you have seen "These credentials do not match our records" on the Hrmny login page please attempt to change your password at https://portal.hrmny.co.uk

If this still doesn't work, please respond to this email with the email you are trying to log in for.

    • Changing email address

      If your work email has changed, you can change your own login email by: Logging in using your current details. Go to "Your Profile" and update the email field and save. Then log out and sign in with your new email address.
    • Button/menu missing or receiving a 403: Forbidden

      Please make sure you are using a supported browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. If so and you are still receiving errors, then please reply here with your user role and we will investigate this for you.
    • Invalid or expired activation link

      The activation links are only valid for 60 minutes and for single use. Please go to https://portal.hrmny.co.uk and click Forgot password. You will now receive a new link that is valid for 2 hours.
    • Session timeout

      For security, Hrmny will sign you out after about two hours of inactivity. If you are away from your desk for a while, you may need to log in again from the portal. Please get in touch if you are being logged out more frequently.
